Partnership Overview

This agreement governs the relationship between Onride and vendors who wish to offer services through our platform. Vendors include fleet owners, rental companies, and other service providers.

Vendor Requirements

Vendors must maintain valid business licenses, appropriate insurance coverage, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. All vehicles and services must meet our quality and safety standards.

Service Standards

Vendors agree to provide services that meet or exceed our published quality standards. This includes vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and professional service delivery.

Payment and Fees

Onride charges a service fee for transactions processed through our platform. Payment terms and fee structures are detailed in separate commercial agreements.

Compliance and Safety

Vendors must comply with all safety regulations, maintain required insurance coverage, and participate in our safety monitoring programs.

Performance Standards

Vendors are expected to maintain high performance ratings and respond promptly to customer requests. Failure to meet performance standards may result in suspension or termination.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with appropriate notice. Onride reserves the right to immediately suspend vendors who violate safety requirements.
