If you cancel within 24 hours of pickup time, the following charges apply:

Note: The remaining amount after deducting cancellation charges will be refunded to your account.
Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days
Bank Transfer Only
Refunds are transferred directly to your bank account
Required Information
All necessary banking details must be provided to process the refund
Important: No cash refund requests are entertained. All refunds are processed electronically.
